While we hope that you will love your purchase, we understand that sometimes it wasn't as great a fit as you'd hoped. That is OK with us, and will generally accept returns for any reason within 30 days, as long as the item isn't damaged.
If you need to return your purchase, Extra Mile Tools has a 30-day free return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us at support@extramiletools.com to start the process. We will email you a return packing slip.
Once you ship your item back to us, we will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse.
Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 7 days after the day we receive your item at our warehouse.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items can be returned. They will be refunded at the price they were sold.
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@extramiletools.com and we'll get the process started for you.
To return your product, use the packing slip we send you in your email. Otherwise, ship the item to 367 Curie Dr, Alpharetta, GA 30005.
