Every time I have gone into extra mile tool they have been excellent across the board. If you are looking for the highest quality tools for the lowest prices possible this is hands-down the best place to be. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is good and the prices are even better. I will never shop anywhere else.

If you like DeWalt or Milwaukee tools, or Diablo consumables, you need to visit this place. They do have some other brands and tool items, but those are their main focus. Location is pretty convenient of I-77 near Carowinds. I wish they were closer to me, but when I find myself in that area I always stop in. They have helpful staff too. (I wish they'd bring Makita back as I have a lot of that stuff.)

This is my first time visiting this store. The employee that was working, came from the opposite side of the store to greet me when I walked in. All the staff seemed really engaged with their customers. They’ve got great deals on almost everything. I’m glad I came by today and I look forward to shopping there again.

Extra Miles Tools is officially my new go-to spot for name brand tools. They carry Milwaukee, DeWalt and more—usually up to 40% off retail, and sometimes you can score even extra discounts on top of that. They’ve got everything from brand new in box, new without packaging, and lightly used, all in great shape.

Big shoutout to John for the awesome customer service. He was super patient, showed me around, pointed out all the best deals (especially on brand new items without boxes), and answered every question I threw at him.

Also worth mentioning—the rewards program is legit. The more you buy, the more discounts you unlock, plus they even send birthday rewards.
